Sara Fratti is Consultant at the Technology for Social Change Program at Fundación Avina with focus on digital rights, and Researcher at the Institute of Legal Investigations of the Law Faculty of the San Carlos University of Guatemala.

Previously, Lawyer and Parliamentarian Technician at the Guatemalan Congress, worked in digital rights organizations in Central America, and Professor at the Law Faculty of the San Carlos University.

Sara has a degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Lawyer and Notary from the San Carlos University.
