As a Principal based in Buenos Aires, Gabriela sources and manages Luminate investments in Latin America, with a specific focus on Data and Digital Rights. Gabriela joined the organisation from Google Argentina, where she worked for six years in user education, digital business strategy, and market research consultancy. She also led the design, implementation, and management of large-scale policy programs for vulnerable populations and first-time internet users in Latin America, and was the region’s main spokesperson for privacy, safety, and user advocacy. Prior to joining Google, Gabriela held positions with the Ministry of National Security in Argentina.
